100 dolphin kick with fins

6 x 25 , 4 fast fly strokes with fis

8 x 25 Kick on Back with fins, alt surface and ↓H2O

6 x 50 Back swim with fins @ 1′ Desc. 1->3, 4 – 6 Fast

4 x 50 Breast, 25 with dolphin kick / 25 with whip kick @ 1’10”
