Print doesn’t work from MS Edge, use a different browser to print

4 x  the following:

5 x 50 hold pace

2 x 100 even split pace from 50s on 1’40”

R1 50s on 1’05”

R2 50s on 1’00”

R3 50s on 55″

R4 50s on 50″

Add 5″ or 10″ so the final round is manageable but a little difficult

Set 3 (600)

3 x 200 pull third 50 non free on 3’30”

Total: 3,700
